Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to our carriers within 1–2 business days, counted Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted by 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally processed the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using insulated cold-chain materials and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling fees when they arrive in the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

After your order ships, we will send you an automated shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link and carrier information.

If your tracking number has not arrived, or tracking has not updated, within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Processing begins soon after an order is placed so that we can maintain fast dispatch times.

• We will make every effort to honor change requests, but once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipping address can no longer be modified.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We take responsibility for getting every order to you in good condition:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged because of a shipping delay, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can issue an immediate full refund or send a free replacement.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not arrived, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
